Deronde Doors and Frames uses advanced packaging techniques in order to protect all orders that are shipping to our distribution base. Deronde also takes photographs of all packaged products before they are shipped to our customers. Even with all of the precautions taken by Deronde’s shipping department, freight damage does occur occasionally. It is the responsibility of the customer receiving a Deronde product to carefully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. At the time of delivery, if there are any damages, it is the responsibility of the receiving customer to note on the Bill of Landing the damages that have occurred and refuse the shipment. Once damages are noted, and the shipment is refused, it is Deronde’s responsibility to file the freight claim. All of the damage needs to be reported to Deronde Doors and Frames as soon as possible so that we can begin the replacement process.
Deronde Doors and Frame’s products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the time of invoice.
If any defect is discovered during this one year period, Deronde Doors and Frames must be notified before any work is done to repair the defect(s). At that point, Deronde Doors and Frames will repair or replace their product at no charge to the customer depending on project specifications. Deronde Doors and Frames will NOT accept any chargeback without approval by Deronde before work is done by customer on any defect(s).
This warranty does not extend to acts of vandalism or improper storage before and during installation.
